Healthy Little Note: Issue #45

Hey there!

I've got a short but sweet note for you this week...

So, last newsletter I mentioned my littles were going back to school. It was a great first week back! Our district tends to start on the earlier side than most, so with yours probably right around the corner, I've put together a great post on helping you get back into the swing of things now that summer is coming to an end.

In my latest post, I have 3 back to school sleep tips to help you prepare your little one to be as well-rested as possible. And just so you know, even when you have a good thing going with sleep, that first week back to school can still be a doozy with sleep.

Making sure you have all your ducks in a row will help with those bumps you do encounter with sleep. And then you'll say, "Wow, think how much worse it would have been!"
