Healthy Little Note: Issue #43

Hey there!

Hope you all had a nice weekend! Mine was another jam packed one full of kid activities. BUT!! We did find time for the most epic adult 80s party where I crimped my hair and all! You guys... I looked like a lion! haha. It was SO much fun!

Ok... so, last week in my stories, I asked what everyone wanted to talk about this week, and I received more comments and questions about behavior.

So on that note, let's talk behavior...

* * *

Whether your little one has thrown themself on the ground because they aren't allowed to wear a bathing suit outside when it's in the middle of the winter (yep, my daughter) or their piece of birthday cake has dropped on the floor, or they have to clean up their toys, that moment for them is the WORST.

In my latest post I talk about tantrums and what you can do to help your little one through these moments and understand what is happening for them. Plus, find out ways you can start handling a "hot button" situation differently, both before and after the tantrum.
